Eugene Kaspersky is famous not only for his expertise in cyber security, but also for his passion for travelling. He’s discovering the beauty of Russian nature for the audience of his blog.
Idea
Inspired by Eugene’s travel experience and business vision we created a project aimed to help Russian tourism not only survive crisis, but also get a long-time support from investors.
Execution
Kaspersky Exploring Russia is the first ever tourism start-up accelerator launched by Eugene Kaspersky. When global pandemic was hitting small businesses and the whole tourism industry in Russia, we selected 10 start-ups for a two-week program with mentors and potential investors. The participants were representing four tracks: Travel tech, Infrastructure track, Social Tech and Sustainability. We presented the project in media all over the world and received hundreds of entries from 47 countries, 10 of them participated in accelerator program.
